Halsoft Mx (legal name HALSOFT SAPI de CV, hereinafter "Halsoft Mx"), owner of the Kaanan platform, located at Calzada Legaria 549, Tower 1, 4th Floor, Colonia 10 de Abril, Miguel Hidalgo, ZIP 11250, Mexico City, is responsible for the processing and protection of your personal data.
Personal data we collect
Through this website (appointment form, email or WhatsApp): name, email address, phone number, community or company, number of units and any comments you share with us.
Through the vehicle control platform, by reading vehicle information: Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), license plates and, where applicable, make, model and year.
Purposes of processing
Primary purposes:
- Responding to information requests, scheduling demos and preparing quotes.
- Providing the contracted services of the Kaanan platform.
- Vehicle identity verification, facility access control and logging of vehicle entries and exits.
- Integration with traceability systems and vehicle authenticity validation.
Secondary purposes:
- Generating internal statistics and improving operating processes.
- Sending information about our services, subject to prior consent.
Data transfers
Your data may be transferred to competent authorities that require it in the exercise of their functions, to affiliates or subsidiaries under the same corporate control, and to third-party service providers with whom we have a contractual relationship, solely for the purposes described. In all cases, the recipient assumes the same obligations as the data controller under this notice.
ARCO rights
You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Object to the processing of your personal data. Your request must include your name and contact details, documents proving your identity or legal representation, and a clear description of the data concerned. We will respond within a maximum of twenty business days.
Limiting use or disclosure
You may join our opt-out list by emailing contacto@halsoft.com.mx and stating that you do not wish to receive communications for secondary purposes.
Technologies used
For vehicle control we use RFID technology to read tags. This technology does not store additional information and does not allow the vehicle to be geolocated outside the facilities. This website does not use advertising tracking cookies.
Security
We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use. Information is stored encrypted and backed up.
